E-BRS 27 & E-BRS 41

The E-BRS aluminium joists are available in 27 mm (1.06 in) and 41 mm (1.61 in) heights and measure 2350 mm (92.5 in) in length. They feature factory-installed EPDM shock-absorbing seals, built-in water drainage holes, and pedestal position markers. The E-BRS-27 is designed for up to 600 mm (23.6 in) pedestal spacing, while the E-BRS-41 supports up to 800 mm (31.5 in).

E-BRS-STOP-ROUND

The E-BRS-STOP-ROUND is a one-piece end spacer and angular joist holder designed for use with the Buzon E-BRS Easy Rail System. It slides into the aluminum joist to secure pavers or tiles at the edge of a terrace, helping maintain clean lines and prevent shifting. Ideal for use with ceramic, porcelain, or stone pavers.

U-BRS-STOP

The PB-5 is made up of a 1 PB-3 top + 1 coupler PB-C1 + 1 PB-4 base. It is height-adjustable from 9-1/16″ to 12-3/8″ (230-315 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-5 is adjustable from 9-5/8″ to 12-15/16″ (244-329 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

E-BRS-BRACKET

The E-BRS-BRACKET is a stainless steel bracket that enables right-angle connections between joists, making it ideal for finishing the edges of terraces or constructing stair risers. It is part of the terrace finishing kit (KIT-U-BRS-END with E-BRS-BRACKET) that helps securely support vertically positioned pavers along the deck edge. The bracket features a built-in sliding mechanism that ensures precise alignment and a strong, secure fit between components.

E-BRS-Connection

The E-BRS-CONNECTION makes it easy to join two E-BRS-27 or E-BRS-41 joists end-to-end. Designed to speed installation and ensure stability, this connector must be placed on a pedestal and secured using U-BRS-VIS screws. For E-BRS-27, fins on the connector must be removed for a perfect fit. EPDM seals should be removed in the joint area for proper alignment.

E-BRS-Wall

The E-BRS-WALL spacer is designed to stabilize the last row of pavers when joists run parallel to a wall. It creates a consistent 5 mm (3/16 in) drainage gap between the tile and wall to allow proper water runoff and prevent pooling. Fully compatible with E-BRS-27 / 27-B and E-BRS-41 / 41-B joists, and also compatible with U-BRS joists when paired with 3 mm EPDM. Use with U-BRS-VIS screws for secure attachment.

E-BRS-TOP-LINK

The E-BRS-TOP-LINK is a versatile connector that simplifies the process of linking aluminum joists together at angles between 45° and 90°. It ensures a fast, secure, and reliable connection for pedestal-supported decking systems using E-BRS or U-BRS joists. This accessory is especially useful in complex layouts where joists need to be joined at angles, helping installers maintain alignment and structural integrity across the deck system.

U-BRS-TABS

U-BRS-TABS are spacer tabs designed to regulate the spacing between pavers, ensure alignment, and allow rapid drainage of excess water. These tabs facilitate the installation of a wide variety of surface materials, including stone or ceramic tiles, composite or wooden decking, metal panels, and fiberglass grilles. Each tab module features four detachable fins that can be easily removed to accommodate a variety of layout configurations. The spacer tabs slide directly onto U-BRS or E-BRS aluminum joists without the need for tools and remain invisible after paver installation.

U-WALL-PP

The U-WALL-PP is a perimeter spacer that attaches to E-BRS aluminum joists to create a consistent 5 mm (3/16″) gap between the paver and the wall, allowing for proper water drainage and terrace protection. Its flexible fins conform to curved or irregular walls. The U-WALL-PP slides over modified E-BRS tabs and is secured with screws. It supports pavers that overhang from the joist and maintains a uniform gap even though wall distance may vary.
