The BUZON U-KIT-SL80 spirit bubble level is the essential tool for controlling slopes. It measures the value and direction of the slope of the deck support at any location. This information is essential for the use of our correction systems and slope control.

PB-01 Pedestal

The PB-01 is made up of a PB Top + PB Base. It is height-adjustable from 1-1 /8″ to 1-5/8″ (28-42 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-01 is adjustable from 1-11/16″ to 2-3/16″ (42-56 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-1 Pedestal

The PB-1 is made up of a PB Top + PB Base. It is height-adjustable from 1-5/8″ to 2-3/8″ (42-60 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-1 is adjustable from 2-3/16″ to 2-15/16″ (54-74 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-2 Pedestal

The PB-2 is made up of a PB Top + PB Base. It is height-adjustable from 2-3/8″ to 3-1/2″ (60-90 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-2 is adjustable from 2-15/16″ to 4 1/16″ (74-104 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-3 Pedestal

The PB-3 is made up of a PB Top + PB base. It is height-adjustable from 3-1/2″ to 5-3/4″ (90-145 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-3 is adjustable from 4 1/16″ to 6-5/16″ (104-159 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-4 Pedestal

The PB-4 is made up of a PB Top + PB base. It is height-adjustable from 5-3/4″ to 9-3/4″ (145-245 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-4 is adjustable from 6-5/16″ to 10-5/16″ (159-259 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-5 Pedestal

The PB-5 is made up of a 1 PB-3 top + 1 coupler PB-C1 + 1 PB-4 base. It is height-adjustable from 9-1/16″ to 12-3/8″ (230-315 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-5 is adjustable from 9-5/8″ to 12-15/16″ (244-329 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-6 Pedestal

The PB-6 is made up of 1 PB-4 top + 1 coupler PB-C1 + 1 PB-4 base. It is height-adjustable from 11-1/8″ to 14-7/16″ (285 -367 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-6 is adjustable from 11-11/16″ to 15″ (299-381 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-7 Pedestal

The PB-7 is made up of a PB-4-Base, one PB-C2 coupler, and a PB-4-Top. It is height-adjustable from 14-7/16″ to 19-3/16″ (365-480 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-7 is adjustable from 15″ to 19-3/4″ (379-494 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-8 Pedestal

The PB-8 is made up of a PB-4-Base, one PB-C1 coupler, one PB-C2 coupler, and a PB-4-Top. It is height-adjustable from 17-13/16″ to 23-7/8″ (480 to 595 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-8 is adjustable from 18-3/8″ to 24-7/16″ (494-609 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-9 Pedestal

The PB-9 is made up of a PB-4-Base, two PB-C2 couplers, and a PB-4-Top. It is height-adjustable from 21-1/16″ to 28-5/8 (560-715 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-9 is adjustable from 21-5/8″ to 29-3/16″ (574-729 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-10 Pedestal

The PB-10 is made up of a PB-4-Base, one PB-C1 coupler, two PB-C2 couplers, and a PB-4-Top. It is height-adjustable from 24-3/8″ to 33-3/8″ (675-830 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-9 is adjustable from 24-15/16″ to 33-15/16″ (689-844 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

PB-11 Pedestal

The PB-11 is made up of a PB-4-Base, three PB-C2 couplers, and a PB-4-Top. It is height-adjustable from 27-3/4″ to 38-1/8″ (755-955 mm). With addition of U-PH5 slope corrector, the PB-9 is adjustable from 28-5/16″ to 38-11/16″ (769-969 mm) and a slope from 0 to 5%.

U-EXTENDER-30 + PB 2

Fixed-height 1 3/16″ (30mm) extension accessory that simply attaches to the base of PB and BC pedestals, in order to increase the height of the pedestal. Can be stacked up to a maximum of 4, reaching a maximum additional height of 4 3/4″ (120mm). The U-PH5 slope corrector accessory can be used underneath the extenders.

PB-U-SHIM

The U-SHIM 5 mm riser accessory adds 3/16″ (5 mm) height to Buzon pedestals, with the option to stack up to 4 elements for precise adjustments on-site. Ideal for addressing small height variations with ease. The U-SHIM pairs seamlessly with the U-PH5 slope corrector.

PB-U-E20 Rubber Shims

Buzon Pedestals accommodate decking materials with different thickness by using U-E10 (1 mm) or U-E20 (2 mm) rubber shims placed under the flagstone or decking tile that needs to be compensated.

PB-TABS

Spacer tabs regulate the spacing between pavers, ensure alignment, and water passage from the surface to the substrate. Mounted to the PB-Top, tabs come in thicknesses of 1/16”, 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, and 3/8″ (2mm, 3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm) to accommodate various materials and spacing needs.

U-PH5 Slope Corrector

The U-PH5 slope corrector is an adjustable unit equipped with two rotary plates allowing the adjustment of an angle between 0 and 5%. It is placed under the base of Buzon BC or PB series pedestals to achieve a horizontal (slope-corrected) or inclined terrace as desired. The U-PH5 Key foot accessory allows installers to keep the orientation of the slope corrector fixed when adjusting the height.

PH5 Top-Mounted Slope Corrector

The PH5 top slope corrector snaps onto the head of the BC pedestal. It can be used to slope correct or to create ramps with a desired degree of slope. Each DPH-PH5 compensates slope up to 5% in increments of 0.5%. For use with all pedestals in the BC range. When used in conjunction with the U-PH5 base slope corrector, slope correction of up to 20% can be achieved.

PB-KIT 2

The PB-KIT 2 is a press-click accessory that attaches to the PB-series pedestal head for creating a secure fastener system for U-BRS aluminum joists.

PB-KIT 5

The PB-KIT-5 is a press-click accessory that attaches to the PB-series pedestal head. It is designed to hold timber or aluminum joists and accommodates dimensional timber from 35 to 100 mm.

PB-KIT-8

The PB-KIT-8 is a universal accessory that attaches to the PB-series pedestal head. It is used to attach the U-BRS aluminum joists and the U-Edge to the head of PB pedestals.

PB-U-EDGE + PB-KIT-8

The U-EDGE adaptable edge support can be affixed to the PB series pedestals using the PB-KIT-8 universal adapter. Due to its design it creates a quick and easy solution to complete the installation at the edge of a terrace. It can be used with any size of spacer tab and all shapes of paving. Easily design curves, angles, and straight lines into your terrace.

U-TOP-FLEX

The U-TOP-FLEX plate seamlessly integrates with PB series pedestals, accommodating various paver shapes—be it hexagonal, triangular, or curvilinear. Installation is a breeze with the PB-KIT-8 attachment, allowing U-Tabs to clip and slide into place, perfectly aligning with the tile’s shape. This setup offers unparalleled creative freedom.

PB-U-WASHER

The PB-U-Washer package contains a locking disc and screw that mates to the KIT-1 clip to securely affix outdoor decking tiles to the Buzon PB Series pedestal head for increased wind resistance.

PB-Fastener

The PB-Fastener fastening system secures wood deck tiles to the Buzon pedestal head. Use with ipe wood pavers or Thermory hardwood decking tiles.

PB-U-Edge

The U-EDGE is an adaptable edge support that can be used with all ranges of Buzon® pedestals. Due to its design it creates a quick and easy solution to complete the installation at the edge of a terrace. It can be used with any size of spacer tab and all shapes of paving. Easily design curves, angles, and straight lines into your terrace.

PB-End

The PB-End can be used to create a lateral edge or full corner to completely cover the pedestal cavity. Each PB-End is comprised of 3 parts: the U-End-Base, U-End-Lock, and the PB-End-Top. Now you can create or add a finished skirt at the perimeter of raised terraces in case you don’t have an adjoining parapet on your structure or other borders to hide the pedestal / decking / joist edges.

PB-U-Wall Perimeter Spacer + E20

The U-Wall is an accessory that can be attached to all ranges of Buzon® Pedestal. It creates a uniform 5 mm (or greater) gap between the paver and the wall, enabling water flow which protects the terrace in the case of heavy rainfall. U-WALL can be installed on terraces of any shape: angular, curved, etc. U-Wall adds 3 mm additional height and is used only with 6mm tabs (maximum).

PB-U-WALL + U-E20

The U-Wall accessory can be attached to all ranges of Buzon Pedestal. It creates a uniform 5 mm (or greater) gap between the paver and the wall, enabling water flow which protects the terrace in the case of heavy rainfall.
