1) Head Head of the support is screwed directly onto the base or the coupler. The head, with a diameter of 150 mm, with the options of tabs of different thickness from 2, 4.5, 6,  8, to 10 mm making an open joint between stone tiles. On the head of the coupler, a safety notch at the base of the threaded part indicates the limit of adjustment in height and prevents over extension. On the head of support, 12 holes of 8 mm in diameter for attaching options.

2) Coupler is used when the height of the pedestal exceeds 200 mm. Two wire hooks on the sides allow for the pedestals to be tied to each other, guaranteeing greater stability when the height exceeds 600 mm.

3) Base  The base is 5 mm thick polypropylene, 205 mm in diameter and can be simply placed or fixed on a solid substrate. It also has holes at the bottom for drainage

4) Slope Corrector The BC-PH5 can compensate, a horizontal, a slope from 0 to 5% (slope from 0 to 5 cm per meter). This is placed under the base of the pedestal.

Buzon BC-Series Pedestal Overview

Buzon BC-Series pedestals provide endless design possibilities by using 360° independently rotating spacer tabs to line up non-dimensional materials perfectly. BC Series pedestals allow adjustments from 14 to 1030 mm by stacking couplers. Using multiple slope correctors, pitch can be corrected up to 15%.

BC-Series Slope Correction

Compensate for slope to drain designs or for locally uneven sub-bases. Slope corrector BC-PH5 is placed under the base of the pedestal. Consisting of 2 cylindrical parts, it compensates for 1 to 5% slope by simply rotating the devices. Compensate for up to 15% by coupling three slope correctors.
