Facility Overview
More than a Senior Living Facility, Willamette View is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Located in the Portland metro area, Willamette View has a long and innovative history of setting the standard in Northwest senior living and transforming what retirement means. They’re designed and structured to support a vibrant, engaged community. They’re an independent, not-for-profit organization with a 60-year track record as a resident-driven community.
Project Uses Resysta
Resysta hollow core profiles are used in rain screen cladding and along buildings and walks in both vertical and horizontal installations. The rooftop dining fireplace surround is made of Resysta. Resysta hollow profiles may be universally used for wall claddings, privacy shields or fences. Resysta hollow profiles are lighter in weight than solid profiles. The Resysta profiles used on this project are stained in FVG C26 Rust.
